Ordering and payment

Prices, payment methods, security and what happens straight after you order.

Is Vitalix Prime a subscription or a one-off purchase?+

It is a one-off purchase. You choose a bundle, pay once, and nothing is billed again. There is no auto-renewal, no membership and nothing to cancel. If you want more later, you place a new order yourself.

How much does Vitalix Prime cost in the UK?+

A single pack is £54.95. Two packs are £79.90 (£39.95 a pack) and three packs are £109.95 (£36.65 a pack), which works out at about £1.22 a day. UK delivery is free on every bundle.

Which payment methods can I use?+

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your full card number is never stored on our site.

Is the checkout secure?+

Yes. The site runs over HTTPS and card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment form. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your delivery details, but never your card number or security code.

Do I need to create an account to order?+

No. Checkout is a single page: pick a bundle, enter your delivery details, pay. There is no account to set up and no password to remember.

Will I get an order confirmation?+

Yes. A confirmation is shown on screen as soon as payment clears, and a receipt is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder before emailing us.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?+

Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk as quickly as you can. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can usually amend the address or cancel it. Once it has left us, the 30-day money-back guarantee is the route to use instead.

Do your prices include VAT?+

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no extra taxes, handling fees or card surcharges added at the final step, and nothing further to pay on delivery.

Can I get an invoice for my order?+

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or write to support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with your order number and we will send a written invoice.

Do you take phone orders?+

No. Orders are placed through the website only, which keeps card details inside Stripe's secure form. If you are stuck on any step, email us and we will talk you through it.

Delivery

Dispatch times, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong with your parcel.

How long does UK delivery take?+

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

How much is delivery?+

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every bundle, including a single pack. There is no minimum spend.

Do you deliver to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?+

Yes, to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Remote postcodes can occasionally add a day or two to the usual window.

Do you ship outside the UK?+

No. Vitalix Prime is sold to United Kingdom addresses only, which is why prices are quoted in pounds and no import charges apply.

Will I get tracking?+

Yes. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking reference so you can follow it to your door.

Can I have it delivered to a work address?+

Yes. Enter whichever UK address will have someone available to receive the parcel — home, work or a neighbour.

Is the packaging discreet?+

Parcels arrive in plain outer packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. Only the carrier's label and our return address are visible.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?+

First check the tracking link in your dispatch email, as carriers sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it is still missing, email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

What if my delivery details were wrong?+

Let us know immediately. Before dispatch we can correct the address. After dispatch we have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before resending it.

What if the pack arrives damaged?+

Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with a photograph of the pack and the outer packaging within a few days of delivery. Damaged goods are replaced or refunded.

Taking Vitalix Prime

Dose, timing, missed doses and how long a pack lasts.

How do I take Vitalix Prime?+

Take two capsules once a day, swallowed whole and not chewed, with two large glasses of water, roughly 15 to 30 minutes before lunch or dinner.

How many capsules are in a pack and how long does it last?+

Each pack holds 60 capsules. At two capsules a day that is a 30-day supply, so a single pack lasts one month, two packs two months and three packs three months.

What time of day is best?+

Whichever time you will remember. The label suggests before lunch or dinner, so pick the meal you eat most reliably and keep to it. Consistency matters more than the exact hour.

Should I take it with or without food?+

Shortly before a meal, as written on the pack. Taking a zinc-containing supplement on a completely empty stomach can feel uncomfortable for some people.

What if I miss a dose?+

Take it when you remember that day, or simply skip it and carry on as normal the next day. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Can I take more than two capsules for faster results?+

No. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. The formula already provides zinc well above the daily reference intake, and more is not better.

How long should I take it before deciding if it suits me?+

Most people give a daily supplement a full pack. That is also the length of the 30-day money-back window, so you can complete one month and still ask for a refund.

Do I need to cycle it or take breaks?+

There is no cycling instruction on the pack. If you plan to take a zinc supplement continuously for many months, it is sensible to mention it to your GP or pharmacist.

Can I take it with coffee?+

Water is what the label specifies, and it is the sensible choice. Have your coffee separately if you like.

Does it matter if I drink alcohol?+

There is no interaction warning on the pack. If you have questions about alcohol and your own health, your GP is the right person to ask.

Step-by-step instructions are on the how to use page.

Ingredients and suitability

What is in the pack, what may lawfully be said about it, and who should avoid it.

What is in Vitalix Prime?+

Eight active ingredients: Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) 40 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 22 mg, L-carnitine Tartrate 300 mg, Citrulline Malate 300 mg, Pine Bark Extract 200 mg, Maca Root Extract 300 mg, Grape Skin Extract 30 mg, Saffron Extract 10 mg. Every amount is printed on the pack and on our ingredients page — there is no proprietary blend hiding the doses.

What can legally be said about it?+

Two authorised claims apply. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility. Vitamin B3 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The other six ingredients carry no authorised claim, so we make none for them.

Is Vitalix Prime safe to take?+

It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before use.

Who should not take it?+

Anyone under 18, anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone allergic to a listed ingredient. If you are on prescription medication, check with your GP or pharmacist first — zinc in particular can interact with some antibiotics.

Can I take it alongside other supplements?+

Read the labels of everything else you take so you do not double up on zinc or niacin, since this formula already supplies both well above the daily reference intake. If you are unsure, ask a pharmacist.

Are there any side effects?+

Food supplements affect people differently. Zinc taken at higher amounts can cause nausea or stomach discomfort in some people, particularly without food, and high-dose niacin is associated with temporary flushing. Stop taking it and speak to a health professional if anything concerns you.

Is it vegetarian or vegan?+

We will not guess. The capsule shell material is not something we are prepared to state until it has been confirmed to us in writing — email us and we will give you the confirmed answer rather than an assumption.

Does it contain allergens?+

We publish a confirmed allergen statement rather than an estimate. Until that confirmation is in place, email us before ordering if you have a known allergy and we will give you the current information we hold.

Where is it manufactured?+

As with the allergen statement, this is something we will only publish once confirmed in writing. Ask us and we will tell you what we have been given.

Will it show up on a drug test?+

Vitalix Prime is a food supplement, not a medicine, and contains no controlled substances. If you compete under anti-doping rules, check any supplement with your governing body before use, as we hold no batch-certification scheme.

See the full label on the ingredients page and the side effects and safety page.

A sensible fit if…

  • You want a single daily capsule routine with every amount printed on the pack
  • You are an adult buying in the UK and happy to order direct
  • You want the option of a refund if it does not suit you

Not the right choice if…

  • You are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are taking prescription medication and have not checked with a pharmacist
  • You already take a zinc or niacin supplement and would be doubling up
  • You are expecting a supplement to treat a diagnosed medical problem

Results and expectations

The honest answers, including the questions where the honest answer is “we cannot say”.

What results should I expect?+

Honestly: a food supplement is not a treatment and cannot be promised to change how you feel. The only outcomes anyone may lawfully describe are the two authorised nutrient claims above. Anything beyond that would be a claim we are not allowed — and not willing — to make.

Why do you not publish customer reviews or star ratings?+

Because we have no verified customer review data to publish. Inventing testimonials or ratings would be dishonest and against UK advertising rules, so we would rather show none than show made-up ones.

Will it work for me?+

We cannot tell you that, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can tell you is exactly what is in it, at what dose, what it costs per day, and how to get your money back if you decide it is not for you.

Is it a replacement for medical treatment?+

No. If you are worried about your energy, mood, fertility or hormone levels, speak to your GP. Low testosterone is a medical matter with a proper diagnostic pathway; a supplement is not a substitute for it.

Do I still need to eat and sleep well?+

Yes. Food supplements are intended to complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not to replace sleep, food or exercise.

We set this out in more depth on what to expect and in our editorial standards.

Refunds and returns

The 30-day money-back guarantee, how to use it, and your statutory rights.

What is your refund policy?+

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk, return the product to the address we give you, and we will refund the purchase price once it reaches us.

Can I get a refund on a pack I have already started?+

Yes. The guarantee exists so you can actually try it. Return what is left of the pack within the 30-day window.

Who pays for return postage?+

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel can be traced.

How long does a refund take?+

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives with us. Your bank then typically takes a few working days to show it on your statement.

Do I get delivery costs back?+

UK delivery is free, so there is nothing to refund on that side — you get the purchase price back.

What about my statutory rights?+

The 30-day guarantee sits alongside, and does not replace, your rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in our terms removes those rights.

The full policy is on the returns and refunds page.

Trust and the company

Who sells it, why it is direct-only, and how to reach a human being.

Who sells Vitalix Prime?+

Vitalix Prime sells it directly through this website. You are buying from the source, not a marketplace reseller.

Can I buy it on Amazon, eBay, Boots or Holland & Barrett?+

No. It is sold direct only. If you see it listed elsewhere, we cannot vouch for what is in the box, how it has been stored, or whether any guarantee applies.

Is Vitalix Prime a scam?+

It is a real product sold from a real UK store, with the full ingredient list published, a one-off price, no subscription trap and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Judge it on those specifics rather than on anyone's say-so.

How do you write these pages?+

We publish only the two authorised nutrient claims, we do not invent reviews, ratings or results, and we link to NHS and GOV.UK sources so you can check us. We also state plainly that we sell the product.

How do I contact you?+

Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk. We answer monday to friday, 9am – 5pm uk time, usually within one working day, and a real person replies.
