Is Vitalix Prime a subscription or a one-off purchase?+
It is a one-off purchase. You choose a bundle, pay once, and nothing is billed again. There is no auto-renewal, no membership and nothing to cancel. If you want more later, you place a new order yourself.
How much does Vitalix Prime cost in the UK?+
A single pack is £54.95. Two packs are £79.90 (£39.95 a pack) and three packs are £109.95 (£36.65 a pack), which works out at about £1.22 a day. UK delivery is free on every bundle.
Which payment methods can I use?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your full card number is never stored on our site.
Is the checkout secure?+

Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk as quickly as you can. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can usually amend the address or cancel it. Once it has left us, the 30-day money-back guarantee is the route to use instead.
Do your prices include VAT?+
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no extra taxes, handling fees or card surcharges added at the final step, and nothing further to pay on delivery.
Can I get an invoice for my order?+
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or write to support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with your order number and we will send a written invoice.
Do you take phone orders?+
No. Orders are placed through the website only, which keeps card details inside Stripe's secure form. If you are stuck on any step, email us and we will talk you through it.

How long does UK delivery take?+
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
How much is delivery?+
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every bundle, including a single pack. There is no minimum spend.
Do you deliver to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?+
Yes, to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Remote postcodes can occasionally add a day or two to the usual window.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
No. Vitalix Prime is sold to United Kingdom addresses only, which is why prices are quoted in pounds and no import charges apply.
Will I get tracking?+
Yes. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking reference so you can follow it to your door.
Can I have it delivered to a work address?+
Yes. Enter whichever UK address will have someone available to receive the parcel — home, work or a neighbour.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Parcels arrive in plain outer packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. Only the carrier's label and our return address are visible.
My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?+
First check the tracking link in your dispatch email, as carriers sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it is still missing, email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
What if my delivery details were wrong?+
Let us know immediately. Before dispatch we can correct the address. After dispatch we have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before resending it.
What if the pack arrives damaged?+
Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with a photograph of the pack and the outer packaging within a few days of delivery. Damaged goods are replaced or refunded.

Taking Vitalix Prime

How do I take Vitalix Prime?+
Take two capsules once a day, swallowed whole and not chewed, with two large glasses of water, roughly 15 to 30 minutes before lunch or dinner.
How many capsules are in a pack and how long does it last?+
Each pack holds 60 capsules. At two capsules a day that is a 30-day supply, so a single pack lasts one month, two packs two months and three packs three months.
What time of day is best?+
Whichever time you will remember. The label suggests before lunch or dinner, so pick the meal you eat most reliably and keep to it. Consistency matters more than the exact hour.
Should I take it with or without food?+
Shortly before a meal, as written on the pack. Taking a zinc-containing supplement on a completely empty stomach can feel uncomfortable for some people.
What if I miss a dose?+
Take it when you remember that day, or simply skip it and carry on as normal the next day. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Can I take more than two capsules for faster results?+
No. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. The formula already provides zinc well above the daily reference intake, and more is not better.
How long should I take it before deciding if it suits me?+

Eight active ingredients: Vitamin B3 (as Niacin) 40 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 22 mg, L-carnitine Tartrate 300 mg, Citrulline Malate 300 mg, Pine Bark Extract 200 mg, Maca Root Extract 300 mg, Grape Skin Extract 30 mg, Saffron Extract 10 mg. Every amount is printed on the pack and on our ingredients page — there is no proprietary blend hiding the doses.
What can legally be said about it?+
Two authorised claims apply. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility. Vitamin B3 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The other six ingredients carry no authorised claim, so we make none for them.
Is Vitalix Prime safe to take?+
It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before use.

Are there any side effects?+
Food supplements affect people differently. Zinc taken at higher amounts can cause nausea or stomach discomfort in some people, particularly without food, and high-dose niacin is associated with temporary flushing. Stop taking it and speak to a health professional if anything concerns you.
Is it vegetarian or vegan?+

Does it contain allergens?+

Who pays for return postage?+
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel can be traced.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives with us. Your bank then typically takes a few working days to show it on your statement.
Do I get delivery costs back?+
