Where our reviews stand today
Most supplement sites in this category open with a wall of five-star quotes and a rounded average. A good proportion of those are unverifiable, and some are simply bought. We took the other route: publish nothing until it is real.
That has a cost. A page with no ratings converts worse than a page with forty glowing ones, and we know it. But an invented review is a lie told to someone about to spend money on their own health, and there is no version of that we are comfortable with. The same principle runs through our editorial standards.
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Verified customer reviews | Published as soon as we have them |
| Star rating / aggregate score | None — no verified data to base one on |
| Rating shown in search results | None |
| Testimonial quotes | None invented, none bought |
| Before-and-after photographs | Never used |
| Customer numbers or "10,000 sold" figures | Not published |
| Influencer or paid endorsements | None |
Our review policy, in full
- Verified buyers only. A review is published only if the email address matches a real order placed on this site.
- Unedited. We correct obvious typos and nothing else. We do not soften wording or remove complaints.
- Criticism published alongside praise. If a batch of feedback says the capsules are large or the price is high, that goes up too.
- No incentives. No discounts, free packs or prize draws in exchange for feedback, and we never buy reviews.
- Minimal personal detail. First name and county only, and only with explicit permission.
- Removable on request. Email us and your review comes down, no reason needed.
- No medical outcomes. We will not publish a review claiming the product treated a condition, because a food supplement cannot and the claim would be unlawful.
What to judge instead of reviews
Reviews tell you about somebody else. These four things tell you about the product, and you can check every one of them in about five minutes.
| Check | What good looks like | Where ours is |
|---|---|---|
| Amounts published | Every active listed in mg per serving | Ingredients page |
| Claims | Only authorised wording, no disease claims | Two authorised claims |
| Cost per day | Stated plainly, not just the pack price | Price page |
| Refund route | A real window, opened packs accepted | 30 days, opened accepted |
Our own assessment against those criteria — including where the product falls short — is on the review page. We wrote it, we sell the product, and we say so at the top of it.
How to spot a fake supplement review
- No verification badge. Anonymous star ratings with no purchase check are the easiest kind to buy.
- Medical outcomes. "Cured my", "fixed my", "better than my prescription" — food supplements may not claim any of that, so the review is either invented or unlawfully published.
- Identical phrasing across reviewers. Bought reviews are written in batches and it shows.
- Uniform five stars. Real feedback on any product has a spread. A perfect score across hundreds of reviews is a red flag, not a recommendation.
- No mention of the actual routine. Genuine reviews mention dose, timing and how long they took it. Fakes are vaguely enthusiastic.
- Before-and-after photographs. Uncontrolled, unverifiable, and trivially staged.
The Competition and Markets Authority treats fake and incentivised reviews as a consumer protection matter, and the ASA polices supplement advertising claims. If a supplement page reads like it is trying to get past both, it probably is — our scam-check guide goes through the checks in more detail.
Leave your own review
Finished a pack? We would genuinely like to hear how it went — good or bad. Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with the subject line "Review", include your order number, and tell us what you thought. Say in the message whether you are happy for it to appear here, and we will publish it with your first name and county only.
Most useful of all: tell us what you actually did. Which bundle, how long you took it, what time of day, and whether the routine stuck. That is worth more to the next reader than any adjective.
Is this product for you?
A sensible fit if…
- Anyone who prefers a published label to a marketing promise
- People who want one daily routine rather than four separate tubs
- Buyers who want a refund route that accepts an opened pack
- Anyone comfortable judging a product on its ingredients rather than its reviews
Not the right choice if…
- Anyone looking for guaranteed or medical results — no supplement offers those
- People who want a decision made for them by a star rating
- Anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding
- Anyone on medication who has not checked with a GP or pharmacist first
Review questions
Why are there no customer reviews on this page?+
Because we have not yet collected enough verified feedback from real UK orders to publish anything meaningful. We would rather show none than invent them, and we will publish them here when we have them.
Do you have a star rating?+
No. We publish no aggregate rating and we do not show star ratings in search results, because we have no verified rating data to base one on.
Whose reviews will you publish?+
Only people whose email address matches a real Vitalix Prime order placed on this site. Unverified submissions are not published.
Will you publish negative reviews?+
Yes. Critical reviews go up alongside positive ones, unedited apart from obvious typos. A page with no criticism on it is not a review page.
Do you pay for reviews or offer discounts for them?+
No. We do not offer discounts, free packs, prize draws or any other incentive in exchange for feedback, and we do not buy reviews.
How do I leave a review?+
Email support@getvitalixprime.co.uk with the subject line "Review", your order number and your honest thoughts. Tell us if you are happy for it to be published.
What will you publish about me?+
First name and county only, and only if you explicitly say we may publish it. Never your email address, full name or order details.
Can I change or remove my review later?+
Yes. Email us and we will amend or remove it, no reason needed.
Are reviews on other sites genuine?+
We cannot vouch for them. We sell only from this website, so any review attached to a marketplace listing is describing a purchase we did not make.
What should I look at instead of reviews?+
The label. The amount of each active per serving, whether the claims made are authorised ones, the cost per day, and whether the refund route is real and stated plainly.
Do before-and-after photographs mean anything?+
Very little. They are uncontrolled, unverifiable and easy to stage, which is why we do not use them and why we would be sceptical of any brand that does.
Is a supplement review evidence that it works?+
No. Individual accounts are not evidence of effect, however sincere. Authorised health claims and published ingredient amounts are the things you can actually check.

Individual results vary. Vitalix Prime is a food supplement and is not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
