Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you buy.
1. About these terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. If a product is out of stock or an error has occurred, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Stripe. Every purchase is a one-off; there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we additionally offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are on our returns page.
6. Product use
Vitalix Prime is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.
The product is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You are responsible for checking the ingredient list for anything you are allergic to before use.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
