Six checks before you pay anywhere

These apply to any supplement seller, not just this one. Each takes seconds and together they filter out almost every problem listing.

• The address bar. Read the full domain, not just the brand name in it. Ours is getvitalixprime.co.uk, served over https with a padlock.
• The price. Compare it against the published list. Wildly cheaper usually means counterfeit; wildly dearer means a reseller's margin.
• The billing model. A "free trial" that quietly bills monthly is the oldest trap in this category. We never enrol anyone in a subscription.
• A named UK contact. A real email address with stated hours, not a contact form and nothing else.
• A stated returns route. Read it before paying, including who pays return postage and how long the window is.
• The claims on the page. A seller promising to cure or treat anything with a food supplement is breaking UK advertising rules — which tells you what else they might be willing to do.

What ordering direct gets you

The practical point is accountability. If a parcel goes missing or you want your money back, one email to support@getvitalixprime.co.uk reaches the people who packed it. That is the whole argument, and it is a better one than any badge we could put on a page.

Why we have no stockists

A retailer needs a margin, and the customer pays for it. The recommended retail price of £79.95 a pack reflects what a stocked version would realistically need to cost. Selling direct removes that layer, which is why the everyday price here starts at £54.95 and falls to £36.65 a pack on three — the full breakdown is on the price page.

It also means one price list, one guarantee and one support address, rather than a different experience depending on where you happened to click.

What a listing elsewhere really is

If you find Vitalix Prime on a marketplace, it is one of three things: resold stock bought from us and marked up, old stock of unknown storage history, or a counterfeit using our product name and photographs. None of the three is supported by us, and the guarantee does not travel with any of them.
